StopSpam is dedicated to fighting misleading and forged spam (UCE) using Washington State law--the strongest in the country. Washington law prohibits spam which has misleading subject lines, forged header information, and other violations. Statutory damages under law are per violation. While spam is not illegal, many of the tactics used by spammers are. We intend to enforce the law through vigorous prosecution and all other legal means. We invite you to join us!
